Improv show with Drew Carey that is just hysterical. It aired from 1998 to 2003.

To sum up

Yes, the Oscars. I watched it. But not the whole thing. Not because I didn't want to but because some frickin "copywright infringement" sign showed up on the website (justin.tv) I was streaming the Oscars live from. And you know when this little sign showed up? At around 5.30 in the morning. When Kate Winslet just was about to announce the winner of Best Actor in a Leading Role. It was not easy to go to sleep after that failure. Epic fail.
So I missed out on the heaviest awards; Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Directing and Best Picture.
That is not ok. S**t.
Well, well. I love that the indie movie kicked the blockbusters ass.
Best short
Best short film: Logorama
Best speech so far aswell.

And the only Swedish nomination for Best Live Action Short did not win unfortunately.
But Paul Ottosson from Skåne was there as a sound ambassadeur and won the two categories he was nominated in! Sound Mixing and Sound Editing for The Hurt Locker.
Ben Stiller, great as a presenter for Best Make-up, dressed as an Avatar.
Whooopa
For 20 minutes I thought that I wouldn't get to see it because it turned out that the website I founf only covered the Red Carpet.
But FINALLY I found a legit website that streams the entire show live. But I had to buy a pro account! Shit. But I only bought for one day so it was "only" 3.99 dollars. Omg.
The Oscars!
Watching the Oscar Red Carpet. The award show starts in 10 minutes! Yaaaay!
Too bad Anita had to leave our Skype session. My dear friend from Cali and I were skyping with each other from different parts of Barcelona, watching the Oscars on a live streaming website. But she had to go to bed.. Well, I've been looking forward to this since last year and I will make it!

Yesterday
Yesterday was a really fun day! We made even more cup cakes because we thought we were going to Winkle's but that never happened. Anita & Danielle from L.A. came over and they told us that all the clubs there closes at 2! What's up with that? Anyways, lovely girls!
Then we went to Oviso where I met Erik who works in the bar there who
I hadn't seen in a loong time.
Then Flavour Black and I ran (yes we ran) to our apartment just so we could have dibs on the music. Then the rest showed up and we found a use for the cupcakes.
Skyped with my dear friend Tobias Bergquist today! That was fun!
And I also talked to Carolina who told me that she's been banned from Spy Bar! Her favourite spot! She apparently called the bouncer fat. Hahaha! Awesome, it was about time someone told those idiot bouncers in Stockholm something real.
Lucky her she's coming back to Barcelona tomorrow. And Clara is coming on monday!!
Right now Johanna and I are laying in separate beds sending YouTube clips to each other.
Good times.
But I do have some obligations today: To watch Invictus & Crazy Heart because it's only 1 day 7 hours 38 minutes and 09 seconds til the Oscars. One small problem though, I don't know where I can watch it. Got to figure that one out.

One of my favourites...
...is this website. It's truly magical.
When you get in to the castle then press the biblioteket button. There you can read about trivia and the history behind many of the greatest movies of all time.

Got some baking to do
It's raining today! And I have a cold. Nooo! Amanda and I are thinking about baking something good. Or the thing is, we have too because Winkle said he was gonna stop by after he'd done some business (huh?). And I said something like; "Amanda's gonna bake a cake so you can maybe have a piece..". Just so we wouldn't sound so boring, just sitting inside the whole day. Now we have to bake. God damn it.

Best friends
How To Make It In America
A brand new series on HBO. Watched the third episode today. It's brilliant.
Internet facts
Cool video that I found on Hampus blog. You should check out his blog, it's epic. As he would describe it.
Jacob Sibirzeff

My very dear friend Jacob, who I met here in Barcelona, is auditioning for the dance ensamble in We Will Rock You, the swedish canvas, tomorrow. He just found out that he has to sing on the audition aswell and he is nervous as shit. And it's not the easiest song, it's I Want To Break Free by Queen.
In two weeks he's actually having another audition. And it's not every other dancer who gets an audition toooooooooo Moulin Rouge. IN PARIS! I'm so proud of him. Hope it all goes well..
Here is a clip that I found on YouTube from 2007. (It's him to the right.) Talented basterd.

Tibidabo
We've been hiking all day in Tibidibidabido. It's a mountain overlooking Barcelona and it's where Jossan lives with a bunch of swedish friends. She lives further down the mountain though, cause it's actually 512 meters. Wikipedia, wohooooooooooo! All the rich people lives in Tibidabo, like Zlatan.
It was a pretty nice activity on a day like today when the weather was really clear and the climate is nice. Yesterday we went to our friend Gonzalos concert at a bar close to our apartment. He's really talented and studying sound enginering here. This is his myspace: http://www.myspace.com/gonzalogilcarribale

I got mad love for you.
How awesome is my family? From time to time they've sent me letters with little surprises to my apartment in Barcelona. Candy etc.. And handwritten letters. Just like in the old days!
Today I got all this!:
(Thanks for the three CDs dad.)
So if you want to write to any of us in the near future, here's the adress:

Yo what up
Kleerup yesterday was insane. When he played With Every Heartbeat it went wild. Super good. Even George was there.
Carolina knows the guy who played with him, Cristian, so we partied with the guys afterwards which was pretty epic. We drank beer and talked. About what? About dubstep.

Polaroid & Oviso
Yesterday it was a bit cloudy during the day so we spent most of the day chilling.
In the evening Ville Öhrn from Vaxholm, Sweden came over. He's been studying here for 1 ½ years at the European Uni. Josephine came by aswell and then we all went to the bar Polaroid in Gotic where we met Satu and two Juans. Really nice bar where one smaller beer costs 1€ and a bigger one for 2€. It's ok I guess.. After Polaroid we went to Oviso where our friend Diego works in the bar so we got free shots! Then Carro and I went by Winkles apartment on Paralel and said hi!
Today it's been around 20℃ and sun so we spent the hole day on Satus roof!
